As puzzling as it may be to some of us who consider ourselves enlightened
members of the fly-fishing realm, there is something about walleye -- something
that's difficult to comprehend. Something, in fact, that really doesn't make any sense.
For outside the circle of serious fly-anglers, there is a gathering of bait slingers and lure
chuckers who worship walleye as the Second Coming of the aquatic kingdom ...
