Richland Creek is not the typical location for a young man to
begin a life of fly-fishing. Nor is it necessarily the place where one would
typically begin a passion for woodcarving. Richland Creek is a small stream
that arises in the hills of southwest Nashville, Tennessee, in the very
exclusive area known as Belle Meade. But this is where Jim Wiley spent
his formative years. This unlikely locale is where Wileys love of fly-fishing
and wood carving began ...
